Usetiful is a Digital Adoption Platform helping our clients to have their digital products successfully adopted by their users. We provide guided onboarding experiences ensuring users understand the value of the product and reach their "aha" moment, thus reducing churn and improving user satisfaction.

When a potential client gets to us, we are capable to serve and onboard. We are, however, lacking the ability to proactively reach out to potential clients that have not actively started searching for the solution yet. That's why we are searching for a colleague that could help us fill this gap!

The team works 100% remotely and from multiple time zones. This job offers additional flexibility - we welcome candidates for part-time or completely custom schedules, making it an interesting opportunity for parents or university students.

The job will include:

  • Primary responsibility to build and maintain the pipeline of leads
  • Identify and qualify opportunities for Usetiful to solve relevant needs
  • Identify the customer approvers, decision-makers, and influencers, and develop strategies to mitigate risk and increase agreement confidence
