Customer Success Manager for Usetiful (Remote)

Usetiful is a Digital Adoption Platform - a solution helping our clients to improve adoption and user engagement of their digital products. We do not provide only the tool, but we go an extra mile with support to ensure our customers are successful.

The business is growing and we are looking for a colleague that will enable us to onboard many new customers without compromising on the quality of our service. We are looking for a proactive personality that will engage directly with customers and assist them to build beautiful user onboarding experiences.

The team works 100% remotely and from multiple time zones. This job offers additional flexibility - we welcome candidates for part-time or completely custom schedules. This might be an interesting opportunity for parents or for university students.

Specifically, the job will include:

  • Directly support customers and consult them on how to build experiences with Usetiful
  • Responsibility for the User Guide and FAQs
  • Dive deep into customer implementations and debug reported issues
  • Build onboarding experiences for clients based on their specification
  • Own the user onboarding experience for Usetiful
  • ...and much more! (we're a startup and every team member owns a lot of hats :) )
